Shipping and Processing Fees:

For orders totalling over $150.00, you will be contacted by email indicating the exact shipping cost before the final processing of your order.

Shipping and Processing Fees for International Orders are double the amount seen here for domestic USA orders.

* Allow 7-10 business days to receive domestic orders via USPS Priority and an additional 2-3 days for Alaska and Hawaii. Allow 15-20 days for International Orders via Global Priority USPS (under 4 lbs).

Shipping to Alternate Addresses:

In an effort to prevent fraudulent orders, we require all orders ship to the credit card billing address. If you need your order shipped to an alternate address, please contact your credit card company and have this alternate shipping address added as an authorized "Ship To" address for verification purposes.

How To Order and Terms of Sale:

2. Credit Cards: Visa & Mastercard Only; Debit or Check Cards (must be Visa or Mastercard)
3. Pay with a Cashiers Check or Money Order: This option is available at checkout. You can print your order and choose to mail in your payment along with a copy of your order invoice to:

   When using this payment option, allow 7-10 days from the receipt of your payment to receive your order and an additional 2-3 days for Alaska and Hawaii
4. We do not accept personal or business checks.
5. We do not ship C.O. D.
6. Once your order has been submitted, we cannot make changes or additions.

Policies:

Returns: All items ordered domestically are returnable, one time, within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. International orders are also returnable within 60 days of purchase for exchange or refund. For International exchanges new shipping and processing fees will apply. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs on all returns. Returned items must be in their original packaging along with a copy of the invoice. Any special orders or merchandise that has been altered or damaged in any way will not be refunded. 

Please notify Chics N Clays at orders@chicsnclays.com within 24 hours of receipt if you have any concerns about your order and merchandise. Be sure to include your order number.

Backorders: We do our best to keep items in stock for immediate delivery; however, backorders do occur. Your items will ship out USPS as soon as they are restocked. Please e-mail us if you do not wish to keep your items on backorder. Be sure to include your order number.

Privacy:

We respect your privacy. Any personal information we collect from you for the purpose of processing your order will not be sold, swapped, or given out under any circumstance.
